Tin Cup American Whiskey
|Region||United States, Colorado|
Wine EnthusiastThis high-rye Bourbon (which oddly, doesn't say "Bourbon" on the label though it meets the basic criteria) is bold and spicy, and plays well in cocktail combinations. A big oak and vanilla mix finishes with clove, dried cherry, and a surprising, bright touch of lemon peel. It's not distilled in Colorado, but is cut with Rocky Mountain water.
