Super fresh and bright with musky red fruit aromas as well as gently marzipan scented biscuits on the nose; spices all here too. Great complexity and depth, really elegant, assertive and deep. Long and even, superb depth through the finish. Great wine. Drink young and precocious.

A lovely, creamy rosé Champagne, seamlessly layering vivid acidity with the range of dried fig, poached apricot and Mandarin orange peel fruit notes, offering exotic accents of grilled nut, curry spice and dogwood blossom that expand and echo on the finish. Disgorged Winter 2015. Drink now through 2025.

This is an onion-skin-colored wine, ripe and showing some maturity as well as rich red and citrus fruits. It is beautifully balanced, the pure, crisp fruit elegantly integrated into the lightly mineral texture. This stylish bottling is ready to drink.

The pale-colored NV Brut Rose wafts from the glass with dried red cherries, crushed flowers, spices and mint. There is good elegance in the mousse, but the aromas and flavors are a bit developed and mature. I imagine the Brut Rose is best enjoyed over the next few years, notwithstanding its relatively recent disgorgement in the Fall of 2011. This bottle carries ID Code: 311030. Disgorged: Fall 2011. Anticipated maturity: 2012-2014.
