Extremely transparent and pale rosé color. Concentrated aromas and flavors of dried citrus give the rosé plenty of power. Glazed pear and pineapple fill the mid palate, and the creamy finish features rich, spicy notes. Powerful and elegant. Reminds me of a vintage Champagne like Krug with out the bubbles...

Wine EnthusiastThis is a serious wine with a lighter brighter side. Its wood aging adds spice to the ripe red fruits and brings out the concentration and intensity. It is, in its way, an unexpected side of Provence rosé, emphasizing richness and complexity. But it all comes together: a fine wine that, after a year of aging, is ready to drink.

Wine SpectatorA rosé of a different color, so to speak, featuring a noticeably creamy edge around a core of perfumy peach, apricot and mango notes. Stays lithe and elegant through the finish, with hints of bergamot and wet stone. Grenache and Rolle. Drink now. 1,500 cases made.
