Chateau d'Esclans Whispering Angel 2018 6L Bottle
As a negociant and vinificateur (winery), Caves d'esclans identifies vineyards, grapes and wines from château d'esclans as well as local growers to make what has reputedly become the world's greatest rosé. As our objective is to obtain the best quality grapes and wines, we have created relationships with the local grape growers, committed beside Caves d'esclans, whose vineyards are treated with the same high standards of quality as are the vineyards of Château d'esclans.

Dominus Napa Valley Red 1996 3L BottleThe 1996 growing season was nearly perfect, one where everything seems easy. Of course, the team at Dominus was leery about this, and concentrated on their work in the vineyard even more than usual, in order to get the best quality grapes. Their efforts were rewarded; the wine is beautifully complex and well balanced.
Fonseca Vintage Port 1997 1.5LAn attractive, floral scented nose, elegant and complex; raspberry and fresh berry aromas. A very elegant, smooth and complete wine. Hints of tobacco and cedar wood spice - enormous depth. Lovely rich fruit and big tannins. Long finish.
Taylor Fladgate Vintage Port 1997 1.5LBlack purple: opaque. Dense, tight, rich full fruit nose. Cedar and dark berry aromas.
Château-Hosanna Pomerol 1999 1.5L
Torbreck The Struie 2002 1.5LThe Struie sources fruit from the high altitudes of Eden Valley imparting delicate spice, white pepper and fruit characters, while the Barossa component displays a richer, deeper more brooding flavour and intensity. The combined structure will reward extended cellaring.
Torbreck The Factor 2002 1.5LThe Factor pays homage to the Barossa's unique point of difference - great old Shiraz vineyards and the growers who painstakingly tend and nurture them each year.
Ornellaia Ornellaia 2002 1.5LThis wine shows the very high quality of the territory, that gives a good response also in cold vintages. Ornellaia 2002 is a very elegant and fresh wine, very near to its cousins from Bordeaux.
Mr. Riggs Shiraz 2004 1.5LComponents of the Mr. Riggs Shiraz from all three vineyards were fermented in traditional open fermenters, and following pressing, finished their fermentation in oak of which approximately 80% was French and the balance American, 40% of which was new oak. Vineyard parcels were kept separate during fermentation and maturation and were blended three months prior to bottling. This is the fifth release of Shiraz under the Mr. Riggs label, and as with it's predecessors' the wine is based around a core of pristine fruit with dark red berries, hints of spice, earth, tar and leather and with seamlessly integrated oak. Ripe tannins are apparent but not overwhelming, meaning this is a wine which can be enjoyed now or in the next 10-15 years.
Chateau Montelena Estate Cabernet Sauvignon 2007 5LThe intense deep crimson color in the glass pulls you in, while the huge powerful nose captivates; layer on layer of spice, cedar, earth, and tobacco - all over a rich base of ripe black cherry, blackcurrants, cassis, and blueberry jam. The hook is set with the first whiff. Rich, round, juicy and mouth-coating, the palate delivers black cherry and black currant before moving on to brighter red fruits. More subtle tones of butterscotch, anise, and sweet oak complement the fruit beautifully. The huge classic structure of fine grain tannin and firm acidity persist all the way through to the clean crisp spicy finish.
Torbreck Les Amis 2002 1.5L
Girard Artistry 2012 1.5LThe 2012 Artistry showcases essence of vanilla bean, perfumed herbs, raspberry and blackberry traits with a touch of toasted nuts. On the palate the black fruit comes forward with layered black currant and blackberry. French oak lends mocha and vanilla accented spice and roasted sweetness. The tannins are very well developed and should integrate as the wine decants or is allowed to cellar time.
Jordan Winery Cabernet Sauvignon 2012Concentrated aromas of blackberries and black cherries with an inviting hint of cedar. The wine's silky palate is long and expansive, boasting a beautiful balance of black fruit and fine tannin structure. Its finish is lively, lingering and laced with a sweetness of fruit. A deliciously seductive wine to be enjoyed now or cellared through 2028. Decant for 60 to 90 minutes to elevate aromas and flavors.
