The 2016 Zinfandel contains 6% Petite Sirah. Medium garnet-purple colored, it gives up preserved plums, raspberry pie and Black Forest cake with baking spices, underbrush and potpourri in the background. The palate is full-bodied, plush and juicy with loads of earth and spice layers on the finish.

Floral raspberry aromas open to ripe and jammy black cherry and toasty spice flavors. Drink now through 2021.

An aroma of smoked meat leads to very ripe, almost-sweet fruit flavors and plenty of oaky cedary cinnamony elements that give it a syrupy impression.
