Aged in 50% new French oak and bottled in June 2018 the 2017 Chardonnay Hope's Cuvee opens with notions of honeydew melon, fresh peaches, ripe Bosc pears and apple pie plus nuances of crushed rocks, crème caramel and buttered popcorn. Medium-bodied, it's elegant in the mouth with a satiny texture and fantastic freshness, finishing on a savory note. 405 cases made.
