Our flagship wine is the genesis of what most great undertakings are - passion, and commitment to excellence. As in Bordeaux, our wine is crafted by blending Cabernet Sauvignon with our other classic Bordeaux varietals, Merlot and Petit Verdot. This wine is aged about 20 months in 75 percent new French oak, with further aging in the bottle before release. Produced exclusively from the Pellet Vineyard, our wine can be enjoyed today, and has the ability to age for decades.

Elegantly soft and succulent, this wine is polished in tannin and integrated oak, with dark brooding flavors of black cherry and sage. Powerfully concentrated, it impresses from first sip, with a length of black pepper and clove.

The 2014 Cabernet Sauvignon Pellet Vineyard ratchets up the level of intensity. It has a deeper ruby/purple color, more depth and ripeness, medium to full body, soft, silky tannins, and a lush finish. This is excellent Cabernet Sauvignon to drink now and over the next 12-15 years.
