The most famous Fino wine in the world Tío Pepe is a person, icon and especially wine. Wine 100% from Palomino Fino grapes, of biological aging and that at least rests 4 years in American oak boot following the traditional Solera system.
Appearance: Pale golden color
Aroma: Sharp and elegant aromas of the years from the flor balanced with almond notes typical of the Palomin variety

It has a light nose of dried flowers, almonds and olives, in a subtle way and a dry palate dominated by the chalky notes. Light and easy to drink, it is a good introduction to Fino Sherry.
