Aromas of spring blossom, white orchard fruit, wet stone and Mediterranean brush form the fragrant nose. Linear and elegant, the vibrant palate delivers white peach, nectarine, citrus and a hint of hazelnut alongside tangy acidity. A saline note marks the close.
A light- to medium-bodied version, lightly creamy, with a backbone of acidity driving the flavors of ripe white cherry, Marcona almond, jasmine and honeycomb. Offers a snappy, saline-laced finish. Drink now through 2021. 2,500 cases made, 1,250 cases imported.
Dark straw-gold. Ripe aromas and flavors of baked apple pie and caramel. Rich and round but lacks its customary lift. Finishes medium-long and broad.
