Neyers El Novillero Vineyard Chardonnay 2018

The 2018 El Novillero Chardonnay is a vin de garde, as the French would say, a wine with a long and bright future. That's always a good sign, as we invariably tuck a few bottles away for additional aging. For me, the El Novillero Chardonnay is most enjoyable in its youth, as it begins to develop a delectable combination of butterscotch and minerality. Rarely has future greatness been more apparent than in this 2018 bottling. You'll enjoy this wine for many years.
