Severo Plata is a piercing crystalline, bold and flavorful tequila. Small-batch, hand-crafted, hand-numbered 100% Blue Weber Agave tequila. 6 months rested in Stainless Steel. Carefully guarded family recipe dating back nearly 100 years. The nose exhibits deep aromas of simmering oats, framed by a striking citrus and floral background that leads to punches of grapefruit and licorice. The palate offers a creamy mouthfeel enhanced by pronounced, agave-forward acidity, followed by a lingering minerality in the long finish.
