Rich, smooth tannins, and plush, mouth-coating flavors of mocha, cassis, and clove tantalizing the palate with hints of tobacco on the long finish. Pairs well with Beef Short Ribs, Grilled Lamb with Portabello Mushrooms, Gorgonzola Burger.
