The 2021 Chablis Les Vaudevey ler Cru was frosted and yields are 25h1/ha. Aged 30% in demi-muids and the rest in stainless-steel, it has an attractive lemon curd, yellow flower and wet limestone nose. The palate is fresh and lively on the nose, quite poised with a subtle bitter lemon notes, hints of orange pith and green apples towards the finish. Fine.
