This is entirely barrel-fermented and French-oak aged, making for a generous, full-bodied lushness on the palate. Creamy tropical fruit, pear and melon are met by sublime texture and well-integrated oak, finishing in a flourish of crème brûlée.

The 2016 Chardonnay Estate reveals lovely aniseed, crème brûlée and lemon zest notions over a core of apple tart, white peaches and clover honey. Medium to full-bodied, it fills the mouth with spiced apples flavors and just enough freshness, finishing with a peppery kick.
