Our goal is that all of our eCommerce shoppers are satisfied with their orders. If you need to return an item for any reason, please contact our customer service department.

We advise people to put a weather hold on any shipment if in our judgement the wine can be damaged. You are free to ask us to ship it anyway but we will accept no liability for the condition of the product.

How do I return a product?

If your product was shipped, contact customer service or call for specific instructions.

If you purchased products or picked up products ordered online in our store, return to the store for return processing.
