This is a finely made wine, with tones of herbs, smoked black cherry and blackberry. Thick, velvety smooth and concentrated, it finds its balance in high-toned, underlying acidity and sparks of cardamom and black tea.

Pale to medium ruby-purple in color, the 2015 Pinot Noir Pillow Road Vineyard gives black cherries, mulberries and warm plums scents with hints of underbrush and stewed tea. Medium to full-bodied with plenty of savory flavors on offer and a firm, chewy texture, it finishes on an herbal note. 430 cases produced.
