Following careful selection of the best wines in the cellar, we make a single blend, which will be bottled at the Estate about eighteen months after the harvest. Once the wine is in the bottle, they remain for at least four to six months in our cellars before being shipped. Our red Châteauneuf-du-Papes open up and come into their own five to eight years after the harvest, but they can age over ten years depending on the vintage and the storage conditions.

Deep ruby. Bright, mineral-tinged red and blue fruit and floral pastille aromas, along with hints of musky earth and garrigue in the background. Sappy, penetrating raspberry and boysenberry flavors show impressive clarity and smoothly blend power and finesse. A spine of juicy acidity provides freshness and structure and a peppery note lends a spicy edge to the back half. Finishes very long and appealingly sweet, displaying silky texture, slow-building tannins and an echo of ripe red fruit.

This pumps out lush flavors of fig, blackberry and raspberry preserves, along with lively threads of licorice, warm fruitcake and ganache. Stays polished and refined throughout, with the structure thoroughly embedded. The long finish offers a nice tug of graphite. Best from 2018 through 2032.

The 2015 Châteauneuf du Pape is impressive and probably the deepest, richest wine I've tasted from this estate in some time. Made from 60% Grenache, 30% Syrah and the rest Mourvèdre and other permitted varieties, it has lots of dark fruits, crushed rock-like minerality, licorice and meaty notes in a medium to full-bodied, concentrated, yet elegant package.

Dried strawberry and red-cherry flavors are plush and soft in this unctuously rich wine. It's juicy and approachable, accented by hints of nut, spice and caramel. Firm but ripe tannins and moderate but fresh acidity lend structure to the midpalate. Drink now-2028.
